Your personal data is processed by Siem Grup (Cemaliye Mah. Dr. Tekin Gürman Sk. No:5-7 Kat:2, Çorlu / Tekirdağ) as data controller, within the scope described below.

Through the quote and contact forms on our website we process:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: phone number, email address
• Client transaction: company name, solutions of interest, number of employees or headcount needed, city/country and message content
• Transaction security: date and time the form was sent, server logs

Job applications are not collected through this website but through our online application system, where separate information is provided.

• Receiving and assessing your quote and information requests and responding to you
• Enabling the relevant group brand to contact you about your request
• Conducting pre-contract discussions and preparing proposals
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse (spam)
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to competent authorities

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Law: it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (ç), and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:

• the Siem Group brands relevant to your request,
• legally authorised public institutions and organisations,
• our IT infrastructure suppliers, such as email and hosting providers.

Because the servers of the email and hosting infrastructure we use are located outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad; such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 9 of the Law.

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information about the processing,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set out in the Law,
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
