Six specialist brands, one standard of management
Siem began operating in 2019 with human resources solutions. To meet the changing needs of organisations, it went on to found new brands in training, facility management, technology and global employment.
Today the six brands under the Siem Group umbrella serve organisations across a broad field — from finding the right people and managing workforce processes to facility operations, employee development and recruitment technology.
Each brand works with a team of specialists in its field, and all are bound by the principles of measurability, transparency, confidentiality, fairness and ethics.

From 2019 to today
2019
Siem was founded and began providing human resources solutions to organisations.
2021
Siem Kurumsal Çözümler and Siem Akademi were established.
2024
Siem Teknoloji was founded and the group began building its own software.
2025
Siem Tesis Yönetimi was established.
2026
Siem Global was established, taking the group into international employment.
